Demetrious Johnson, a legend of the UFC, demonstrated once more that he is still formidable in the octagon by winning his most recent fight. Israel Adesanya and other MMA fighters across the world praised Mighty Mouse on his successful title defense.
Johnson defeated Adriano Moraes in a trilogy fight at tonight’s ONE Championship event, winning by unanimous decision. The 1stBank Center in Broomfield, Colorado hosted the much-anticipated mixed martial arts event.

Mighty Mouse is probably one of the best mixed martial artists to ever enter the octagon. Johnson broke numerous records while successfully defending his flyweight belt 11 times during the course of his nearly ten-year tenure in the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
The American fighter chose the One Championship as his next challenge after a stellar career in the UFC. The 36-year-old fighter still receives accolades for his continued MMA dominance from his former MMA promotion. The Last Stylebender immediately congratulated the UFC legend on Twitter.

Mighty Mouse secured three stunning victories in just seven months after joining One Championship in 2019. The flyweight kingpin’s winning streak, though, came to an end when Adriano Moraes defeated him in 2021, handing him just his fourth overall MMA defeat.
As a result, Demetrious and Moraes grew a rivalry. In 2022, the two flyweight fighters fought it out again, and Johnson got his revenge. However, both fighters chose to engage in a trilogy fight, which is now won by none other than the Mighty Mouse, to resolve the argument and put a stop to the rivalry once and for all.
