Saturday Night’s UFC Vegas 40 main event will feature Aspen Ladd vs Norma Dumont fight in a featherweight showdown. However, the fight was originally scheduled between Ladd and Holly Holm. But Holm was replaced by Dumont due to injury.
Nevertheless, Ladd was a bantamweight contender, who was out of the octagon since 2019 as she suffered a knee injury. But her return was announced a couple weeks back. Aspen Ladd is only 26 and her return will bring a new hope for her to move forward with her career.
31-year-old Dumont will join the match with a 6-1 record. She previously fought in Bantamweight and Catchweight and started Featherweight in 2020.
