Megan Rapinoe, a true flag bearer of the American women soccer team, the winner of FIFA world cup 2019 and also the recipient of Ballon d’Or Féminin 2019 has always been a great human being because of her presence in beyond sports events. That unwanted event took place on 15th september 2016 when USWNT was playing against Thailan in Columbus, Ohio, when the players were singing US national anthem the US soccer legend Megan kneeled down to show solidarity with protest against police brutality.
Though she was doing that protest for quite a few times but on that match Jill Hills didn’t take the behavior easily, Jill Hills subbed her within a few minutes of the game ,even she told her that Megan would not be part of the team for next few games. Besides, Jill Hills didn’t allow Megan to be a part of the practice sessions.
