The recent release of a video showing UFC legends Daniel Cormier and Khabib Nurmagomedov fighting has generated a lot of attention among MMA fans.

Both Khabib Nurmagomedov and Daniel Cormier are making the most of their post-fighting lives by spending quality time with their families and participating in a variety of other activities associated with mixed martial arts.
After Khabib retired, he decided to pursue a career in coaching. The news that The Eagle abruptly retired from coaching earlier this year and quit MMA for good has generated quite a ruckus in the MMA community. Khabib also opened his own MMA promotion called The Eagle Fighting Championship.

Meanwhile Daniel Cormier still highly involved with UFC as podcaster, analyst and commentator. Cormier has opened up a podcast channel along with Ryan Clark named The podcast home of DC & RC where he talks about the hottest topics of the MMA world.
In spite of this, there is no reason to believe that the former champions will lose interest in working out at the gym. It appeared as though both of them were engaging in a friendly battle for the sole purpose of remembering their glory days of mixed martial arts in the footage that was just released very recently.

The video, which was released by coach Javier Mendez, shows the former lightweight champion and the former heavyweight champion working out and having fun together at the American Kickboxing Academy in San Jose.
The veteran combatants appear to be checking out each other’s mixed martial arts skills while grappling in the released brief video which is just over a minute long and fans got excited to see their fighters showing that they still have got it.
The Eagle and DC both competed in their final bouts in the year 2020, with The Dagestani calling it quits after UFC 254 and The American calling it quits a couple of months earlier in UFC 252.
