The Golden State Warriors’ small forward, Andrew Wiggins, has been absent from any participation in games since February due to family reasons, and we had no idea of his possible return until now.
He played his last match against the Washington Wizards on February 13, and since then he is nowhere to be seen. Amid this sudden hiatus, several speculations started regarding his family, and yet there’s nothing we knew except family issues.
However, recently, ESPN claimed to know Andrew’s possible return date to the games after missing almost two months of gametime.
When can Andrew Wiggins return to games?
Per ESPN, the 28-year-old might return this weak after missing 22 games in the meantime. Adrian Wojnarowski tweeted the news on Monday morning.

The small forward has played 37 games so far in this season and scored on average 17.1 points with five rebounds and 2.3 assists per game. The Athletic’s, Shams Charania, also claims to have sources tell him that he would play tonight’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder and that the reason for his absence is his father’s health condition.
Golden State's Andrew Wiggins plans to attend Warriors-Thunder on Tuesday. The reason for Wiggins' leave of absence since mid-February is that his father, Mitchell Wiggins, has been dealing with a serious medical situation, sources close to the situation say. 🙏🏽

However, it’s not yet determined how much gametime Wiggins would get in his comeback or even get a chance to appear on the court. Considering his absence, it might take the warriors some time to bring him onto the court.
They are the sixth seed in the Western Conference with a .519 record and three games left to hold the position. If they ended the regular season in their current position, they have until April 15 to play in the postseason playoffs. Otherwise, they had to participate in plays starting April 11.
Head coach Steve Kerr ensures the news of 6.7 footer’s return by revealing the news of his training on his own to get back in shape. Let’s see if he is able to get any time on the court tonight at the Chase Center.
