The player won his battle against cancer and then went on to win such big glory for his national team. His club teammates seem to be thinking the same and have expressed their praise for the striker in style.

After winning the AFCON Cup with his country on February 12, when the player returned to his club, he was surprisingly received with an epic welcome by his club teammates and the video of the celebratory welcome has gone viral on the internet in the last few hours.
All the teammates gathered around the player, did celebratory jumps, and congratulated the player on his successful tournament campaign. This video shows the love and bond the team Borrusia Dortmund has, which is just immense from a footballing point of view.
Dortmund are currently 4th on the points table, 15 points behind Bayer Leverkusen whose manager has been linked to Liverpool in recent weeks, and need this team’s energy on the field if they want to have any shots at the title or even the Champions League spot this season.
Sebastian Haller’s triumph over cancer
The 21st century’s most beautiful script in football could include Messi’s marvelous World Cup win in the 2022 FIFA World Cup, but recently fans and pundits have been placing another story, if not bigger, at least in comparison to the one and it is about today’s hero of Africa, Sebastian Haller.
After just recently returning from fighting cancer, Sebastian Haller was not even in the plans for the AFCON Cup tournament due to his recent recurring injuries and poor form in front of goal for the club. But the player was determined to represent his country in Africa’s greatest national tournament and volunteered to play for the country even after being injured.
Due to his determination and perseverance, Ivory Coast added him to the squad. Although the player missed the initial matches due to injury, when he came onto the field for his country in the Cup, he never looked back again.
Playing in the final against a strong Nigerian side, Sebastian Haller scored the winning goal for his country through a sumptuous strike, which left the fans in awe of the striker.
The fans have erupted after the tournament and are already calling him better than Victor Osimhein after the player reportedly returned from hell to mark the peak of African football.
