The Jacksonville Jaguars’ NFL run comes to a halt after last night’s 20–27 defeat against the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium.
The Jaguars’ recent away performance wasn’t all that bad, but they didn’t get enough space to score a couple of touchdowns in those in-between quarters; in fact, they went scoreless in the crucial third quarter.
No matter what the game’s result was, Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrie played his best but still came up short. After the game, all he could do was make an appreciative gesture with his chin held up.
What did Trevor Lawrence do while exiting the field?
Last night’s game was the first divisional-round experience for the young quarterback, as the Jaguars didn’t qualify for the playoffs the last two years. Despite suffering a heartbreaking loss, the 23-year-old athlete showed a classy gesture by appreciating every teammate who fought their sweat out on the pitch throughout the season.

Such an act from a young player on the team is quite amazing and rare to observe. His leadership trait will surely raise hopes for the future in the fans’ hearts.
Trevor was trying to meet with a teammate just after the crushing squander on the pitch, but the stadium officials prompted him to leave the field. However, he did not forget his friends and eventually accomplished his goal in the tunnel.
The young quarterback completed 24 passes for 217 yards and one touchdown with one interception. However, the Chiefs’ defense was too compact to allow the Jaguars to get open yards. Despite being unable to score in the third quarter, the Jaguars score 10 points, but the deficit is too great to overcome.
Lawrence was quite influential throughout the campaign for the franchise as he scored 25 touchdowns and eight interceptions and passed for 4113 yards with a fantastic 66.3% completion rate.
We can surely hope to see more from the young professional in the games to come next season. Do you think Trevor Lawrence is destined to be a star in the NFL world? Tell us your opinions in the comments.
I have followed Trever since his Clemson days, I was so impressed with his talent on the field and continue to be impressed by him. I look for him to be one of the greatest quarterbacks in the NFL.
What a classy young man and excellent QB! Blessings for a great future!
