How did Devin Haney push Vasiliy Lomachenko during the weigh-in session?
Vasiliy appeared to be more composed than Devin, who throughout the weigh-in period seemed to be attacking and very aggressive. After a moment of intense looking, Dream suddenly shoved Loma in front of the entire audience. Despite being shoved, Loma remained calm and didn’t strike Devin back.
They both weighed appropriately before Haney shoved his ring opponent. During the official weigh-in for their lightweight match, Devin came in at 134.9 pounds and Lomachenko at 135 pounds.

How did Vasiliy Lomachenko react to Devin Haney shoving him out of the blue?
The two-time Olympic gold medalist responded to Haney’s behavior toward him yesterday in an interview with ESPN’s Mark Kriegel. Loma thinks Devin did that out of fear and he only wants to beat him up when they finally face off in the ring.
“Now he’s mine. He’s mine. He doesn’t have power. I felt it. He’s scared.” If you want to fight inside the ring, you do a clean jab. But now it looks like it’s him. Because he knows what happens on the inside.” said Lomachenko.

Lomachenko (17-2, 11 KOs) asserts that Haney (29-0, 15 KO) is frightened of him and hence has no chance of beating him inside the ring, and that’s the sole reason he shoved him outside to show his fear.
