Has McGregor really stepped into the USADA pool?
Even though there have been a few stories that Conor has entered the pool, but the fact is The Notorious has become more uncompromising about his decision to abstain from getting into the pool. The Irishman doesn’t seem to have any intention of adhering to these rules thus far, claiming himself to be clean, despite USADA’s ongoing demand for him to go through the legal processes.
Hence The Notorious is still not permitted to take part in his bout with Mystic Mike. According to USADA, McGregor won’t be allowed to compete in an MMA combat unless he re-enrolls and presents clean results at least twice in the ensuing six months.

Conor McGregor USADA controversy explained
Conor and USADA are increasingly at odds, and there’s a chance that Mystic Mac will avoid being subjected to testing. Since Conor began the journey toward his UFC comeback, MMA fans have questioned whether he has been using steroids due to his weight gain and physical appearance.
The rules state that a fighter must have participated in the USADA pool for at least six months prior to a match. Therefore, The Notorious must immediately sign up for the pool if he intends to fight in the latter part of this year.
Previously the former two-division champion got suspended in 2016. The lightweight superstar also got involved into similar controversies in 2017, 2018, and most recently, before his fight against Dustin Poirier.
