it’s not easy work to become a WWE heel. You have to be someone they root against in the ring while also admiring you as a person. There aren’t many memorable heels in WWE, but Grayson Waller is quickly becoming one of them. A phenomenal heel may trash their audience and yet win their admiration.
The 33-year-old wrestler now continues to irritate Taylor Swift fans as part of an ongoing dispute. Swifties were outraged when he gave Taylor Swift a 6 on WWE’s The Bump in a recent video. The heel character offered a false apology in an attempt to further inflame Swift’s fanbase.
Grayson Waller claps back at Swifties
There is no causal relationship between Grayson Waller and Taylor Swift. Waller is a rising WWE superstar who loves playing the heel role. He likes teasing fans, other wrestlers, and even celebrities. The ex-NXT star is notorious for his forthrightness and controversial comments. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, John Cena, and Roman Reigns are just a few of the WWE superstars he has aimed at. His lack of success in these feuds has brought him the media exposure he craves.
He has recently become one of WWE’s top villains because of his contentious statements regarding WWE fans and Taylor Swift’s fandom.
Waller appears determined to continue taunting Swifties. In a recent Twitter post, he hilariously apologized to Swifties for his controversial remarks.
The rising star said, “I’m sorry. I’m sorry that you define yourself by another woman and her accomplishments (laughs). It’s kind of sad, to be honest. Now I got all those swamp donkeys in my DM’s saying mean things, saying I’m a zero out of 10.”

After Waller’s first bout at Madison Square Garden with Edge, he gained widespread recognition by challenging The Rock on social media. His villain character was boosted by his surprise appearance at the WWE Money in the Bank event in front of John Cena.
Recently, he has been criticizing Taylor Swift, a worldwide music icon, for her supposed romance with NFL great Travis Kelce. He went on as far as to criticize the popstar for her looks. This caused a stir among Swifties, her diehard fan group.
Grason remarked, “Good for Trav,’ he said after being asked about the relationship on WWE’s The Bump. ‘I’m not the kind of guy who’d settle for a 6, but each to their own. To me personally, I like a little bit of spice — I like a 9 or a 10. I know Austin [Theory, his tag team partner] does, too. Good for him [Travis] for settling and trying his best.”
It’s all part of Waller’s wrestling “Heel” character, but the Swifties took it a lot more seriously than he intended. Now, supporters on both sides are waiting breathlessly to see what happens next.
