The Miami Dolphins’ youngster Tua Tagovailoa has been one of the most discussed characters in the NFL’s injury saga. Nobody was supposed to be able to outdo Damar Hamlin, but before January, the Dolphin quarterback gave a few people a scare.
Tua Tagovailoa has suffered three concussions this season, despite being allowed to play with one that caused another recurrence. The first time he sustained such a harmful head injury was in September, and the medical personnel didn’t diagnose him with concussion, which resulted in its recurrence.
Tua was injured again on Boxing Day against the Green Bay Packers, causing widespread concern among the NFL community because his career was in jeopardy at such a young age.
What precaution Tua Tagovailoa took preparing himself for next season?
The 24-year-old QB has been out of the game since last December, and the Dolphins only won one game in his absence; they got knocked out by the wild card. Both the player and the team are looking forward to a fresh start next season.
In order to do so, Tagovailoa has been preparing himself physically to take hits. On the Up & Adams Show, he revealed the secret to making himself unbreakable. “We’ve got a plan set up. I’ll be doing judo on Fridays just so that I can kind of figure out understanding my body and how to fall,” Tagovailoa said.
With @Tua now being a dad, it makes him want do things outside of the NFL to help himself… he will be doing judo every Friday to understand his body and how to fall 🥋

The 2018 Maxwell Award winner added, “I’m not trying to be a dangerous person in that way, just trying to help myself.”
Another reason for working as a motivator for the Dolphins quarterback is that he became a father in November of last year. To make a safe future for his family, he needs to stay healthy and sound.
The NFL and NFLPA also worked on the player’s health safety protocol, as a concussion can endanger one’s life, let alone a career.

He’s learning the wrong martial art. It should be Aikido and not Judo.
