Rodgers sold his previous home in California back in 2022 for $5 million, per New York Post. He bought it for $2,055,000 in 2009. The Del Mar house reportedly featured five bedrooms and six bathrooms along with an office, a movie theatre, a wine cellar, and a joint game room-guest room with a private entry.
According to a report from ‘People,’ “The main floor comprises a spacious kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry area, and four bedrooms. The primary suite is located on the second floor and features a private deck, a walk-in closet, and another office, this one with its own fireplace.”
