Who is Neeraj Goyat?
Neeraj Goyat is the first Indian boxer to make the WBC world rankings. Currently, 20-ranked WBC-ranking fighter Hails is from the state of Haryana in India. In 2008, he won the “India’s most promising boxer” title.
Neeraj has 18 wins in his boxing career so far against 4 losses. In the year 2017, Neeraj got his first recognition from the World Boxing Council. Goyat won the WBC Asia ‘Honorary Boxer of the Year’ award in 2017.
Neeraj Goyat was also recently present at the WBC convention and later snapped a picture with Mike Tyson, who once declined to take pictures with famous internet personalities. Many other big names in boxing were present at the WBC convention held in Uzbekistan.
At that time, Goyat expressed his views on meeting his idol, “It was an incredible experience to be in the presence of boxing legends who have paved the way for athletes like me, especially my role model Mike Tyson, who is also known as the ‘Iron Man’ of World Professional Boxing.”

Neeraj Goyat calls out Jake Paul
Indian boxer Neeraj Goyat has recently called out “Problem Child” on his Instagram post. After Paul made the announcement to take on serious bouts in the boxing ring, many boxers chose to show up for the fight against Jake Paul.
Neeraj Yogat on his Instagram Reel called out Jake Paul for the boxing bout, and he also asked the fans to tag Paul in it. The tag purpose was to get attention, which Jake later did. Goyat captioned the reel writing, “I challenge @jakepaul for a fight 🥊
I request everyone to mention @jakepaul @mostvaluablepromotions @betr in your comments and let’s make it happen 💪🥊”
The 32-year-old on his Twitter handle informed that Jake Paul has accepted his challenge and appeals to make Indians proud in the world of boxing.
“@jakepaul accepted my challenge🥊 Let’s beat him up in the boxing ring to make all Indian’s proud 👊”, he later wrote on Twitter.
