Mike Tyson and controversy were once synonymous, and as a woman filed a sexual assault case in Albany this month against the baddest man on the planet, the legacy lives on.
An affidavit obtained by the New York Post doesn’t reveal the exact date, but it does clarify that the event took place sometime between the early 1990s, nearly the same time when Iron was convicted in the rape case of 18-year-old beauty pageant contestant Desiree Washington in Indianapolis.
According to the anonymous plaintiff, she met Tyson at a local club known as “Septembers,” and after that, the Kid Dynamite offered her and her friends a ride in his limo to the party, and as they accepted his offer and stepped into the car, Tyson began touching and kissing her without any concession and later raped her.
“I told him no several times and asked him to stop, but he continued to attack me. He then pulled my pants off and violently raped me.”

The woman decided to remain in the dark, as revealing her identity could cause a potential public embarrassment.
“would certainly pose a risk to me of further mental harm, harassment, ridicule or personal embarrassment”
As the alleged rape incident cost her huge personality damages over the years, she sued the hardest hitters in heavyweight history for $5 M.
The case was filed in Upstate New York under the state’s newly enacted Adult Survivors Act, which allows for the filing of a case even if the incident occurred more than two decades ago.
However, the affidavit does not provide any information about Tyson’s driver, which is suspicious, and despite the fact that this is a sexual assault case, the likelihood of the 56-year-old ending up in jail is low.
