WrestleMania is WWE’s biggest and most exciting event of the year, where storylines come to life in unforgettable matches. Triple H, a 24-time WrestleMania participant, recently shared his dream WrestleMania matches on ‘The Roommates Show’ podcast.
Triple H’s dream matches include Hulk Hogan facing Stone Cold Steve Austin at their best. He also imagined John Cena battling Bruno Sammartino, two of WWE’s greatest stars.
He said, “Hogan in his prime versus Steve Austin in his prime would have been pretty cool. I don’t know how it would have actually been because the styles were so different, but that would have been pretty special”
Another highlight would be The Undertaker facing off against Andre The Giant, a match that would have been a spectacle in its own right, saying, “In their primes, Andre versus Undertaker would be pretty amazing.”
Triple H talked about a dream match between John Cena and Bruno Sammartino. He said, “A prime Bruno Sammartino… One of the most famous people on the planet at the time… Prime Bruno Sammartino versus Cena. The crowd reactions and the way they would have worked would have been something special.”
Triple H promises unseen moments for WWE RAW on Netflix
WWE is getting fans hyped for WWE RAW on Netflix with big plans. At the Netflix kickoff show, they shared details about the January 6 debut, including feuds and star matches.
Triple H, WWE’s CCO, joined the event and made exciting promises. He said, “Now, with the biggest streaming service in the world as our partner, we become bigger than we have ever been before. On January 6, it is not just the launch of Raw. It is a new launch of WWE worldwide.”
