It was revealed on last night’s SmackDown that Roman Reigns will be returning to WWE Television after weeks and Triple H will make a special appearance at an already star-studded event. The SmackDown Season Premiere will be live from BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma at 18:45 ET.
Roman Reigns set to return on WWE SmackDown season premiere
It’s been several weeks since we last saw the Undisputed Universal Champion Roman Reigns on WWE Programming. The last segment he was involved in, Jey Uso quit WWE, and quite a lot of developments have happened in storylines on both brands since then. It seems like The Tribal Chief is losing grip over WWE with The Judgement Day not being intimidated by The Bloodline on the latest edition of SmackDown.
The WWE Universe has been speculating over the past few weeks about who’s going to be The Tribal Chief’s next opponent, with Crown Jewel happening earlier in November. At least some questions are going to be answered next week on SmackDown as he was announced for the show.
Triple H to make special appearance on WWE SmackDown
Triple H last made an appearance on the blue brand when he revealed the new Undisputed Universal Championship belt after splitting the titles to have a Champion on both brands. It was announced last night that The Game would be making a special appearance on the season premiere of SmackDown.
There have been no hints about the context of his appearance and what announcement he has in store for the WWE Universe. There have been speculations about splitting the tag-team titles and maybe the venue for WrestleMania 41. The fans have been confident in Triple H as ever since he’s been at the helm, WWE has been putting out a great product and breaking records worldwide.
