WWE Universe mourns demise of Mike ‘Mantaur’ Halac at age 55, daughter discloses real reason for death

Mantaur The WWE Universe recently mourned the demise of former WWF superstar Mike Halac also known as the Mantaur during his time in WWF. The Hall of Famer recently got passed away at the age of 55.

For those unaware, Mantaur was a professional wrestler who competed in the mid-1990s. He had a notable contribution to the development and advancement of professional wrestling and is considered significant as one of the industry pioneers

Mantaur’s wrestling career recap

Mantaur debuted as a wrestler in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) in 1995 and became known for his unique appearance, characterized by a large bison head on his body. He participated in several historical matches during his run with the company. It also includes a high-profile match against Razor Ramon for the Intercontinental Championship. However, interference from Jeff Jarrett ultimately led to his defeat of him in that Championship match.

The carrier from Mantaur’s had a short run in WWF, but it still allowed him to compete against one of the biggest names in the industry. It includes names like Bret Hart & Bam Bam Bigelow etc. However, he still failed to emerge as a winner in all these matches. Although he had gained some valuable experience by sharing the ring with these legendary superstars of that industry.

Mantaur’s Daughter reveals reason for early demise

The unfortunate news of his dead was shared by Eric Simms of ESS Promotions on Facebook. This promotion also booked Mantaur for their upcoming show. Simms posted a heartfelt message for the veteran and his family. Other than this WWE has also announced this news on their website by sharing a message “WWE is saddened to learn that Mike Halac, better known to WWE fans as Mantaur, has passed away,” the WWE said.

Later on, the daughter of the veteran also shared the reason behind his early demise. Halac’s daughter, Demi, has disclosed that the veteran peacefully passed away in his sleep. Demi also took comfort in the fact that he is no longer suffering from pain.
