Youtuber KSI intends to settle feud with Jake Paul before facing UFC star Conor McGregor

British YouTuber turned boxer KSI was set to face American fighter Dillon Danis at the Wembley Arena, London, on January 14, 2023, but due to Danis’s withdrawal, the British fighter will now square off against Brazilian YouTuber FaZe Temperrr.

Prior to his upcoming bout, KSI appeared on the MMA Hour show, where he revealed his desire to fight Jake Paul before fighting the former Irish champion Conor McGregor, as he is confident in his ability to take down anyone.

“I was thinking after I flatline Jake, how cool would it be to have a go at the king? I believe in myself so much that I feel I can take on anyone, within reason. I don’t want to fight  Beterbiev or Anthony Yarde.”

In the same interview, KSI talked about his legacy in boxing and stated that he doesn’t fight for money, so he is desperate to win every bout.

“If it makes sense and it really excites me and legacy is my word, it’s the reason I do everything, so if I think it would be crazy for my legacy, then maybe. It’s not like I want to just fight and get money, I want to fight and win, because that is special. Taking part is dope, but winning, nothing can compare.”

But the comment about the former Disney star was not well received. Following the interview, KSI and Jake Paul engaged in an altercation on their social media where the British star said that he returned to boxing to beat up the younger Paul.

While calling KSI a scared fighter Jake Paul replied,

“You came back acting like you wanted to fight me and when the negotiations happen you get all f**king scared. If you could f*** me up, how come you haven’t done it yet?”

The heated conversation went on for nearly eight minutes, and at one point they agreed that they would face each other in the ring in the coming December.
